Peugeot Print Airbag Ad that Inflates when Punched

These days, print advertising is in competition with a variety of newer media outlets. So how do you make an advertisement in a magazine stand out? Peugeot’s answer was to come up with something very unique and clever, that will have a memorable and lasting impact. This ad promoting the safety features of their cars inflates a mini airbag when the car on the previous page is punched — simulating a car crash.

 

Sort of like the vibrating Volkswagon ad, innovative ideas like this serve prolong the relevancy of print advertisement through innovate, fun, and tactile solutions.
